At Custom Grind Apparel, your trust and financial security are our top priorities. All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted payment systems to ensure your personal and payment information remains confidential and protected at all times.

Payment Terms

Custom Orders: 100% upfront or a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before delivery or pickup. Production does not start until payment is confirmed.

Retail / Online Orders: Full payment at checkout.

Event & Fundraiser Orders: Orders must be paid in full prior to print or distribution unless otherwise approved in writing.
Secure Processing
Online payments are processed through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal, which maintain PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL, and fraud detection tools monitor for suspicious activity.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once production begins on custom orders, all payments and deposits are non-refundable. Orders canceled before production may be eligible for refund minus design/setup fees already incurred. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects (not sizing or design changes after approval).
